Good morning, do you have any option for me to put the logo in the Center and the menu below the logo.

If I change in the CSS responsive disrupts everything, and mobile devices is not showing the logo. and when I scroll the scroll bar on the right gets all flustered.

Many CSS of the header and LOGO will be reset by javascript (in jquery.samsara.js) when you scroll down the page. The other hand, when you changed the orignal CSS for desktop, you must change the responsive CSS for the mobile version with CSS media query at the same time.

I don’t know how you changed the CSS, but generally speaking, the problem which is caused by user custom code is not included in the support.

Anyway, I would like to know your website link and hope I can help you to analyze your custom CSS, and give you a general solution.

Unfortunately, there’s no ready option to center the logo, only if customize a lot of CSS and modify js file.
I’m sorry that the custom issue is not included in the support, maybe you can try to look for a developer on Envato studio? http://studio.envato.com/explore/wordpress-customization
