"Blog" on the Header Menu

Hello,
i need a little help: I would like to add the “Blog” in the header top menu (just as there is in your live demo).
I tried to go on appearance -> menu and add the “Blog Posts”, I saved, but when I click to enter instead of seeing all the items in order (standard blog), I see all the items scattered with all kinds of blog can (standard, masonry, post list, scrolling post).
Further information, when I click on “Blog Post” site go to this link: http://www.mydomain.com/shortcodes/blog-posts/

Please do it as the following steps.

1. Add/edit a category in “Posts > Categories”, select the category template.
2. Go to Appearance > Menu, add this category to the menu.

Please note, don’t call your blog page or category slug “blog-posts”, please use the other name to instead of it.
