I never uploaded logo before. But I can’t change the logo now, when I hit “Browse” and select a logo, there is no thumbnail, but there is a “Remove Upload” button. I saved change, but the logo is still the original Samsara logo, and the setting goes back to one only “Browse” button.
I tried a few times, I tried it on IE, on Chrome, both not working.
Please help me. Thanks! -

This is so weird, I thought this has something to do with my network operators.
So I tried to use an American IP address, and I can insert my Retina Logo just fine, but when I tried to insert the Favicon, the old problem showed up again, and no matter my IP address is in Hong Kong or America or China, I can’t insert that favicon!
I tried again and again on my iPhone, iPad , IE Broser, Chrome, Firefox… None of them can work properly.
This problem doesn’t seem to have a pattern. So if you can insert the logo, please help me insert the Favicon, it’s in the Media Library, my username and password are the same.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
I’m not sure any one particular reason for it provisionally, but anyway I will think about upgrade the theme options framework to Redux Framework in the future after I purchased the license and understood the framework functions.

How do I update the theme? I think I can’t just simply upload the theme again,right?

Need to remove the old theme first, and reinstall the new version, however, I suggest you can wait for V1.1, I think I will release this new version again tonight.

Will reinstall erase all my data?
BTW I have some problem using Revolution Slider, when I contacted the author, he said I should update to solve the problem.
Can you update the plugin to the latest version on V1.1? -

1. No, you will not lose any data, because all settings you made in the backend and all posts, pages and etc are saved in the database.
2. Yes, you can download V1.1 now on themeforest, it include the latest version of the revolution slider.Thank you!

I have already updated the theme to V1.09 today morning, but without upgrade the theme option framework.
I conservatively estimate I will upgrade the theme option framework within one month at least, because I need time to learn the new framework documentation and upgrade our three themes one by one.Thanks!
