      Is there any way to swap out the world map on the contact page for something different?
      If so what are the best dimensions?

      Sorry for the delay.
      Go to “OldCar Options > Contact Section > Google Map”, you can insert the google map code or custom image HTML here, e.g.

      <img src="image URL" width="400" />

      The best size is 400X200
