Demo import error

Hello, I have installed the theme and all plugins installed.

I got this error on importing demo data

The Redux option name: dgwork_options, was not found in this WP site, so it was not imported!

And when i look the frontend i get this message

The file ‘wp-config.php’ already exists. If you need to reset any of the configuration items in this file, please delete it first. You may try installing now.

Let me know what’s the issue and how to fix it.

Hi

You can post your WP login details via private reply, I will check it in your WP backend.

It seems the WordPress was installed incorrectly, not sure. Maybe I will know the reason after I check it.

If for some reason, one click importer doesn’t work, I will manually import the demo data for you!

Just post your admin information in your reply, and check ‘set as private reply’ which is under the reply textarea.

And I checked the backend, all data was imported.

Have you fixed by yourself? Or anything I missed?

OK. Remember that after you reinstall, please activate all required plugin, especially EDD, CMB2 and Redux framework, then just import the data.

There was a problem still…

When you logged in as admin, you will face this issue when we visit frontend.

On importing: —Importing Redux settings—
The Redux option name: dgwork_options, was not found in this WP site, so it was not imported!

Please logged in as admin and check the frontend.

I can’t reproduce the issue. Can you post your screenshot here?

Also, try to use the other computers to check the front page, and see how about it.
If you remember that how you reproduce the issue, could you let me know the steps that I can follow you.

This is the message i get, when i access frontend.

And did you notice the error when importing demo data? (Please try importing demo data)

This is not the error message, because in the demo data, we keep all options to the default value, so dgwork_options data doesn’t exist in the demo data, you can ignore it.

For the front-end error information, I hope you can post a screenshot to show me how it display on your screen, because I still can’t reproduce this issue, it’s display as normal on my screen.
