dgw_popup visible at large screensizes

Hi,

I was checking my site using Responsive Design mode in Safari and noticed the dgw_popup overlaps the top of the screen at large screen sizes. See: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qm4wfn6djqcj1yp/Screenshot%202019-08-04%2021.36.16.png?dl=0

This appears to be due to the hardcoded top: -1000px style for the popup. Perhaps it would be more robust to have this programmatically calculated, or at least hidden by default then repositioned when required.

Thanks for your suggestion. I will improve this issue, now you can simply change the top value to -1500 or -2000px or -100vh.
