      I am trying to allow the Revolution Slider to pause even when the user has moused over it, and the slider is not cooperating.

      You don’t want the slider paused when the mouse over it, right?

      Correct, and I disabled the pause on mouse over option in slider settings but that option is not working correctly.

      I tried to turn “Stop on hover” off, it works fine.

      Where you made that setting? Is it in “Revolution slider > setting > navigation > stop on hover”? Can you send me your link?
