Error after installing themevan shortcode plugin

Dear Support team,
After I installed the DGworks theme, I installed the themevan shortcode plugin and recedived below error and my dashboard is not working and I had to uninstall my wordpress website.
I talked with my host provider(godaddy) and they checked the host and told me to send you the error:
