      I’m following the setup documentation for installing the theme and I am having an issue with installing the Required and Recommended plugins.
      I keep getting an Invalid URL or Download Failed message when trying to install the plugins.

      Hi

      Are you use Child Theme in currently? If so, yes, it will show you those error message.
      You can find all plugins in the parent theme folder, “/wp-content/themes/Samsara/functions/plugins/”

      There are some zip file, you can just upload and active those zip file via “plugins > add new”.

      I activated the main theme and deactivated the Child Theme and tried installing the plugins and it worked correctly.

      Yes, that’s because the plugins are not included in the child theme folder, so you need to install them manually.
