      Hi There,

      I’m trying to use a video hosted on Amazon S3 as the preview video on a product page and also as the preview in the shop page. It works fine with youtube & vimeo but I cannot get it to display the external video file. This is also the case with the same video uploaded to the wordpress media area.

      Video is MP4 and I have tried both 1080p & 720p. I have also tried simplifying file naming.

      Any help much appreciated

      I could really use some help with this! The video player seems to be broken and won’t play external video unless I am doing something wrong?
