      hi there

      how do i get the slider to display on the homepage. when i drag the widget into the home sidebar widget area nothing is happening.

      to be clear, i want the slider full width not just in the sidebar

      Hi

      You should copy your slider shortcode to Appearance > Theme options > General settings > Homepage Slider Shortcode. You can find the slider shortcode in slider setting page, just write it as [rev_slider shop], the ‘shop’ is the slider alias.
