      so I just looked at my home page and this happened: https://snipboard.io/CpHJ7M.jpg
      I’m not exactly sure why but how do i remove that large home and grey background
      i want the slider to be the beginning of the page

      Have you fixed by yourself? I see now it display as normal.
      Simply, just select fullwidth page template.
