  This text is missed in the language file, now you can only edit assets/js/dgwork_edd.js file, find this text in line 178 or search “Please select”.

  Recently we write the CSS styles for EDD Software License Add-on, it will spend a few days.
  
  So if you are in a hurry, you can separately overwrite the following two files for “Please Select” translation issue.
  
  assets/js/dgwork_edd.js https://www.dropbox.com/s/jpej74u0w5y4uob/dgwork_edd.js?dl=0
  inc/class.dgwork.php https://www.dropbox.com/s/5w5tmxr8q4817j9/class.dgwork.php?dl=0
  
  Then, sync the language file, you will find that text.
