Logo won't upload

Hi there,

I’ve just removed my logo and tried to upload a new one and it won’t work at all. The media is on the server but it won’t actually select image as the logo.

I’ll send some login credentials.

This still doesn’t work for me.

The logo is the two most recent files in the media library.

I’ve re-uploaded the theme file and reset all settings and it’s still not working.

I’ve noticed that by FAQ box now won’t expand too.

Could there be a global js issue? It seems that this has happened since I put the custom js code in (which I have removed).

Hi Johnny,

This is very strange. I logged into your account and it worked. Why would it not be working for my account?

There is also an FAQ drop down that I can’t open. Go to the home page and ‘control F’ search “more res” and you will find it.

Looking at the first step, you need to click “File URL” before you click insert button, but you didn’t do that.

That link is not relevant. I’m using the same method for both accounts. One works, one doesn’t.

I’m talking about the FAQ element in visual composer:

Please make sure you use English quotation marks in the custom js, or it will cause js error.

You can tell me the account which can’t upload the LOGO, I will have a try.

1. I tried to re-insert the logo with your account, it’s working fine. (Need to click “file URL” button before insert it)

2. The jquery.localscroll.js is missing, so maybe because of this this js error, please upload https://www.dropbox.com/s/0m7prjecya2lgmf/jquery.localscroll-1.2.7-min.js.zip?dl=0 it to “js” folder.

But when I open this file http://fullframeproductions.com.au/wp-content/themes/Samsara/js/jquery.localscroll-1.2.7-min.js
It shows 403 error, does this file not readable?
