Nav menu like Simple Key theme

Hi there,
I’m using the Samsara theme and the Landing page style template as my homepage. I was hoping to create a primary menu that acts similar to the one page style of Simple Key theme.

Specifically, around half of the menu / nav items link to anchors within the home page and half link to other Pages. When on the homepage everything works fine because the nav items (custom) simply have “#” anchor name in the url. But when on any other page, the nav items look for the anchor on that page and not the homepage.

Is there a way to achieve the nav like Simple Key theme does in Samsara?

Hi

Unfortunately, in currently Samsara doesn’t support one page customized feature, but no doubt that it’s a good idea, so I added this suggestion on my update list.
I think I will have a try in the later version.

hi, just wondering, what is the feature set difference between Samsara and Simple Key? I’m wondering if I am better off just using Simple Key instead if I want that one-page ability.

For example

1. The main purpose of SimpleKey Theme is create one page site, but Samara isn’t.
2. Simplekey is not include Visual Composer and Revolution slider plugin, you can only use shortcode generator to customize the layouts and elements.
3. Every sections on the front page of Simplekey are made up by some pages, one page per section, In Samsara, the sections are created in Visual Composer.
