I’ve installed this theme two times, both times after making slight modifications, neither of which involved changing the navigation transparancy, the navigation top bar goes completely opaque. No transparency.
I’ve confirmed the setting is at 0.3, I even tried setting most of the settings and colors back to “Default” nothing works.

I just guess the default homepage doesn’t support Navigation Transparency, so we can create another new blog page to instead of the default page.
Because only when the top image (header image) exist, the header will be transparent, otherwise, if there’s no header image below the navigation bar, the header color will looks like gray, not like transparent, do I make any sense?
So, you must set the page header image when you edit the page, you can find “page header image” field in page setting area.
