No DGWork Options Panel Available

I’ve installed the DGWork theme on wordpress 4.9.2 — The themevan shortcodes plugin crashes wordpress (and seems to be deprecated maybe?), and I can’t access the demo content downloads page or theme options page.

When I go to wp-admin/themes.php?page=dgwork-demos as the admin user, I get a message that says:

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Disappointed this doesn’t work out of the box.

Don’t worry, I think there’s something wrong with ThemeVan Shortcodes plugin installation.

Could you post your link and WP login details via private reply?

It looks like a required module is missed on your server or another plugin is conflict with ThemeVan Shortcodes plugin, but I can’t 100% make sure because of that.
So, Please turn on the debug mode: Edit wp-config.php and change define(WP_DEBUG,FALSE); to TRUE. Then, go to WP admin, you will see the error text, just copy it to here, and remove ThemeVan Shortcodes plugin again.

I will log into your backend again, fix this bug.
