Post cropped on 1024×768 screens

Hello again!
Some people who Access my website from computer with a 1024x768pixel -resolution-screen tell me that the image is cropped on the right, and that the whole post cannot be read. In some computers, it shows as on mobile phones, but in other doesn’t…..What does it depend on? shouldn’t the theme be responsive for all kinds of screens? How could this be solved?:)

Can you send me the actual post link which image is cropped under 1024 screen?
I resized my window to 1024 but I can’t find which page the problem is in.

If you haven’t changed any php file, can you update your theme from v1.4 to v1.6?
I’m not sure whether I have already fixed this issue or not.
