Pre made pop ups not working

Hi! I want to import or select one of your premade pop ups but it just gives me the spinning wheel of death. I would really love to not have to hand code this pop up. Can you send me a downloadable html file? I just need the white background Contact Form 7 one. Thanks!

You can download this popup template here https://www.dropbox.com/s/jvov5ts23pwskcl/FP-contact-form-7-2.txt?dl=0 then import this txt file by clicking Import Local Template.

Maybe my server was not offline, so you can also try to import this template online again.

By the way, this template requires installing contact form 7 plugin.
