Preloader Not enabling

Hi there

I’ve tried to enable to preloader effect in the theme but it doesn’t seem to be working.

These are the steps I followed:
1. Logged in to the theme backend.
2. Went to Samsara Options
3. Clicked on the ‘Custom Styles’ tab.
4. Set the ‘Disable Preloading Effect’ to ‘No’

Then I tried to reload my website but there’s no overlay percentage loading effect that I see on the theme demo.

Please advise what I can do to have the preloader effect active when a page loads

Thanks for the super fast response.

I just recently purchased this theme ( about 3 days ago) so I thought I would have had the latest version. But upon checking the theme information in the WP dashboard I see it’s version 1.01.

I’ll try to see if I download the v1.03 correctly. I’ll let you know.

Maybe you are using V1.02, it’s a known mistake in this version.
I suggest you can download V1.03 on themeforest and reinstall it, because I fixed this issue and also changed some another issues.
