Product grid issue

Hi,

If I use WPBakery to insert a product grid, it doesn’t display the audio play button under each product even though I have this set in each product.

If I choose “Show the audio/video player in the Grid” it still doesn’t display and also the details and buy now button disappear.

Also, I have set the columns to 3 here in the grid but it always shows as only 2. (3 display briefly and then one vanishes)

Have you fixed by yourself? Because now I can see the player and the layout is 3 columns.

Sorry, I have fixed it but I had to do it by removing the EDD Product grid and using a shortcode instead.
