Product grid options not working

Hi,

Sorry for all the newbie questions. When I add a product grid, I don’t see anything when I rollover the picutre, i.e a buy button or a more details button, also the audio player doesn’t appear.

I’m sure I’m doing something simple like picking the wrong template or something?

Hi,

I think the preview type is my issue. If set to “Audio”, I see a play button under the product, if set to “Use Featured Image”, I see a details and buy button when I roll over the image but the play button disappears.
What I would like is be able to have both.

Is this possible?

I will add a buy button under the product title and short description for the audio preview type, OK?

That would be good thanks. Also, the price doesn’t display when preview type is set to audio.

It seems odd that a customer can either listen to a track or find out how much it is 🙂

We do add the price and buy button to the grid in the latest version, but I rechecked your website, but it says Data Error: Error establishing a database connection.

Maybe I see why the price doesn’t show in the homepage grid, I remember you use the child theme, right? Have you overwritten the content-downloads.php template in the child theme? Because in the new version, I have modified this template, so you may have to copy this template to your child theme and add your custom codes once again.
