Hi, I’m going to need a refund for FancyPopup. I need it only on a specific page, but it appears to override the page’s URL for whatever reason, which won’t work for me.

Hi, so I saw that there was an updated version of the plugin available on CodeCanyon, so I downloaded and installed it, but now it looks like the metabox in the page editing view is completely gone? I don’t see it anywhere, or as an available option in Screen Options.

Did you change how to activate the popup for a single page?

Hi, sorry I sent a couple of dropbox messages, but disregard them. I installed the new version and it’s still overwriting my page URL when activating it for a single page.

Hi. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but for some reason more than just the URL goes wonky. I’m using Jupiter theme for this project., When I’m activating the single page popup, it also resets my Jupiter page options and won’t let me change them back and re-save them.

Unfortunately, while I think your plugin looks solid and has an intuitive settings page, I’m going to have to go with another option because I needed to have this sorted a few days ago and I’m running out of time.

Can I check the page option issue via your WP admin in order to know what happen? After I confirm that this plugin doesn’t compatible with your theme, you can just submit refund request, I will approve it.

*Update*

So if you want to look at the issues I’m going to have to ask that you wait until later this week. We’re trying to launch this site in the next few days, and after I reactivated the plugin for you to be able to look at the problems, it started to affect the page options for random posts as well, and we have too many to keep track of so I had to revert the site to a backup from before I reactivated.

I can let you know though after we launch the site so you can take a look if you’d like later this week.

OK I will wait. If I confirm that Fancy Popup plugin doesn’t work fine with your theme and we can’t fix, I will ask you submit refund request via Envato.
