Responsive Menu Missing Altogether

Thanks for your gracious help in advance.

I have indeed made changes to:

– layout.css (just typography tweaks + margin/padding of sidebar elements).
– sidebar.php file (just moved the Social Icons and hid an <hr>).

As a test I did a clean instal of WP + the theme here w/ zero changes to your code:

Same problem though.

Disregard !!!!

I didn’t realize I needed to manually attach a Menu to the ‘Side Menu’ location.

I’m all good now.

Sorry, I’m not quite understand your question, it seems the mobile menu is visble.

Also, I can’t open http://neversleepsnetwork.com/wpress2/, it says File not found.
