Hello!
I love the theme, but it seems that on my website the paralax backgrounds only fit on a typical 13″ laptop screen. On larger screens the photo is not a full-width background. I have tried using different size photos, but nothing has worked.
The website is located at http://rpc.diamondheartdesign.com
Please let me know what I need to do to get this issue fixed.

Hi
Can you post your wordpress login details here with private reply? I think I need to check the layout you made via Visual Composer.
Thanks!

I am also having an issue with the site on mobile phones. I turned off the responsiveness because we’d rather have the full site on display. However, whenever you look at the site from a smart phone all of the parallax photo backgrounds do not show up at all.
I am hoping that whatever you find will fix both of these issues.

I was able to make the photos appear on the mobile version by changing the background photo to “cover” however it zooms it a ton on the photo. Is there a way to change that?

Hi
When I login and check your site again, I found the background is already to be full-width, you fixed it by yourself? (Maybe you have set the background to cover, that’s right!)
Also, for the mobile issue, is it possible to post a screenshot? Or try to add the following custom CSS into “Samsara options > Custom Styles > CSS code”
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .parallax{background-size:auto 100%;} }
Thanks

Hi,
I have posted two links to two screenshots to this message. The first link is a screen shot from the mobile version of the website and the second is from the desktop version of the website. As you can tell the desktop looks great, but the mobile version is so far zoomed in on the picture that you literally cannot tell what the picture is. I tried added the above custom css code, but it did not change anything.
Please let me know what we can do to get this fixed. Thanks!

So, I changed js file and tried on my demo site, it seems appear as normal now.Try to download jquery.samsara.js file https://www.dropbox.com/s/xlcq5qsh1l8tbng/jquery.samsara0913.zip?dl=0
Unzip it and upload it to js/ folder, override the old file. Thanks

That fixed it! Thanks so much, it looks great now!
One last question, I seem to be having difficulty getting the homepage slider to have the same text that is apparent on the demo site. I believe the font is loveloblack. I have tried installing it in the slider, but still just cannot get it right. Could you help me solve that issue?
Thanks!

You need to customize the CSS for the slider text when you edit the slider in Revolution slider screen. For example,
1. Click “Edit style” button https://www.dropbox.com/s/qqjqci9xmi990n1/edit-style-1.jpg?dl=0
2. Change the font name to loveloblack https://www.dropbox.com/s/yqi0f8zzz1p4iu1/edit-style-2.jpg?dl=0
3. Click the save button and you can save as a new name for the text https://www.dropbox.com/s/6swt884s4fyyg7q/edit-style-3.jpg?dl=0Please make the revolution slider plugin folder can be written first.
Thanks

That did not work. I have done that, but the font is not loveloblack. It acts as if the slider cannot use loveloblack.
Do I have to install loveloblack into the slider first or something?

No, the loveloblack font is already included in the theme, it’s not neccessary to isntall.
This is my demo slider demo data https://www.dropbox.com/s/huopy8hgkl2a2nb/creative-home.zip?dl=0
You can download it and don’t unzip it, import it into your revolustion slider directly.
Then, you can change the content and picture based on my demo slider. Thanks

This is what I got when I uploaded your slider data.
http://rpc.diamondheartdesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/Screen-Shot-2014-09-17-at-1.09.49-PM.pngAs you can see, it doesn’t display the loveloblack font.

That’s because the loveloblack font is only loaded in the front end, you can’t see it in the backend, the same as my backend, but it is appear as normal in the front page, so how about it in your homepage?
