Please post your link and WP login details via private reply, it seems something wrong with your backend, this issue is usually caused by the javascript error from 3rd-party plugins.

huh, you’re right! i’ve disabled all plugins and reactivated them one at a time… WP 1-Click Traffic plugin seems to be the cause. i will try to install wp, dgw and just this plugin from scratch.
it was my mistake that I did not check before posting. sorry

Thanks for the reply. The update to version 1.1.7.1 did not solve the problem with ThemeVan Shortcodes plugin … the same stupid message and the theme doesnt work! I use your theme on my money site …
I’ll go back to the old version 1.1.6 until you decide to finish the experiments.

This is nothing to do with the theme, it’s our server issue; So you don’t need to change back to the old version.

Yes, you can disable Redux Framework and CMB2. Because we integrate Redux Framework and CMB2 to ThemeVan Shortcodes plugin.

Hi. Please, can you do something with the menu? I already have several submenus that look bad. If you cant integrate into the theme, think about compatibility with an existing menu plugin on the market.

Can I check your site for the submenus? Recently I have tried to compatible with another mega menu plugin – Max Mega Menu https://wordpress.org/plugins/megamenu/

Edit Product -> Common Custom Page Settings -> Navigation Link Color … no matter what color you choose, navigation link is black!!! (
Transparent Navigation Background=ON)

Sorry, it was caused by minified JS file.
I fixed it in 1.1.7.6 You can update the theme in Appearance > Themes.
