I’m using DGWork theme for my online store. Customers find errors when they try to download the product after successful payment via Paypal.
Access denied from s3. Please see attached bellow error. Can you please help

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

      Hi

When they clicked the download link then show this error, right? If so, It seems the file permission issue of your server.

If your server is Apache, please make sure the permission of the files in the wp-content folder should be 755, and the owner should be www-data.

You can contact your server support to help you.

      Thanks

      Hi

I found the developer of Easy Digital Downloads plugin said: “If you copy and paste the file URLs from the edit screen of a Download product, you will be given a “Permission denied” error message due to the htaccess file.” https://www.dropbox.com/s/56d4eeq7sd9q71k/Screenshot%202018-04-23%2001.22.21.png?dl=0

So it seems because of the plugin limited and they provide Amazon S3 Addon to fix this issue https://easydigitaldownloads.com/downloads/amazon-s3/

If you need their support and auto update, you have to purchase this addon plugin, if not, you can download it from github https://github.com/easydigitaldownloads/edd-amazon-s3

      Thanks
