  I’m getting a complaint from a visitor that when he visits our website http://www.indiegetup.com, he’s getting a HostGator 404 page.
  
  He’s located in LA area, but have asked others in the area if they were having the same issue and all could access the website.
  
  What would be causing this issue?

  I can access to your website, and I tested your site by tools.pingdom.com from different locations, it is working fine.
