  Could you please provide the theme files to import locally or do you have any solution to this? I try to get the support of the hosting and they try so hard to fix it and they say that I need to contact you guys, please help.

  It seems my popup template server issue causes this issue.
  
  You can post your WP login details via private reply, I will check it.
  I can import all templates to your site, or you can tell me which one you need.
