  Adding a portfolio youtube video is showing up as fullscreen only.

  The video is not “forced to full width” and dimensions in iframe code are not full screen.

  If you don’t want it to fullscreen, you don’t put the video code into the “Youtube or Vimeo Iframe Embed Code” field.
  
  Just put it into the content (Editor)
