2. I tried to add a new post which is called ‘Test’, it seems fine. Do I miss anything to reproduce your issue?

Did you mean the popup up doesn’t show up in a page?

Please make sure your site is using the default home page or a static page as the front page. You can check it via Settings > Reading.

If your homepage is a static page, please edit this page, you could search and select a popup in this page editing screen https://www.dropbox.com/s/76lxre5sy4dge7e/Screenshot%202017-11-17%2011.57.44.png?dl=0

If the popup still doesn’t show, please post your link and WP Login details via the private reply, I will check your settings.
