First of all, so sorry for the delay!
I found you set the popup link for the button http://tycabinets.com/popup/kitchen-quote-2/, it’s incorrect setting.
You don’t need to set any links for this button, just leave the link empty or #.
I noticed you use Avada theme, right? If their page builder can set an extra class name or ID for this button, you can set a unique id as ‘quote-bathroom’, then edit the popup, check the popup setting section, you can find the trigger mode option, select ‘when click the specific element’, then add this id to the trigger Class name or ID field as “#quote-bathroom”, check this screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/lprtd950s2hn3nt/Screenshot%202017-05-28%2001.17.38.png?dl=0
