I fixed, please download the following two files and unzip them.

Upload main.css to assets/css folder, and upload template_tags.php to inc/functions folder, override the original files.

I will also fix this issue in the next version.

Go to Appearance > Menu, select the Top menu(primary menu) which you use for the desktop version, then look at the theme location option, you should also select mobile menu checkbox.

You can change the footer text via DGWork Options > General, add your custom text into Copyright Text field.

By the way, in the new version, I added the buy now button into the product grid, but I haven’t placed it under the short description, instead, when you hover on the product grid item, the button will shown in the thumbnail area.
