Did you mean you can’t add or update the woocommerce coupon in WP backend? You can give it a test.
1. Switch the theme to the other theme, then add or update the coupon again, how about it? If still nothing happens, it means this is not the theme issue.
2. So, the second test is you have to check your plugins, try to deactivate your own plugins one by one and check how about it.

2. How many posts totally?The former value should be smaller than the latter number.
