You can edit the page content, product information and blog post through WordPress backend, but you can’t change the PWA page layout via the backend unless you customize the PWA source files. When you edit the post, page, product, you can see the mobile content field in the editing screen.
You know it’s a PWA, separate from WordPress backend, so it doesn’t support Elementor page builder.

Sorry, I’m confused that what you actually want to do. Delete Payment History page? Or delete the payment history tab in Account page?

I don’t understand what you mean. All the demo files are included in the package which you download from ThemeForest (All Files option). Also, if you go to Appearance > Import Demo page, you can see the demo importer, there are Elementor and WPBakery versions.

Please create ‘woocommerce’ folder in your theme folder. Then, download this file https://www.dropbox.com/s/fb70v5z1xti11gn/form-grant-access.zip?dl=0 unzip it, and move ‘auth’ folder to ‘woocommerce’ folder.
Then, try to connect again.
