Please go to Mofect Mobile > Mobile Web App page, check if the App is not activated.
Also, what the version of your Mofect mobile plugin and Mostore app?
You can check the app version from https://yoursite.com/mobile/config/info.json

I have replied to you on Themeforest.
1. The player works fine on my browser ( Macbook + Chrome / Safari), It will be clickable after all resources of the page loaded. Also, if it still not clickable, please open chrome console panel, check if there’s any Error information?
2. I see the post meta info is already hidden. Don’t you want to hide the post meta information? If my understanding is incorrect, could you remind me again what you want to do?

After I deactivate W3 Total cache plugin, the issues are fixed.
So maybe you can try to use another cache plugin such as Autoptimize plugin or ask W3 Total cache plugin support.
