unzip it, and copy “woocommerce” folder to the root of your theme folder.

I also found this issue after upgrade WooCommerce to the latest version, and I have sent them feedback for this issue.
Now, the quick solution is to download this file https://www.dropbox.com/s/a8r2c67izll2gdj/form-grant-access.zip?dl=0
unzip it, and copy “woocommerce” folder to the root of your theme folder.
