I installed the latest version of visual composer to you.

The parallax is working fine now, I think because you have also set the background color for the section, so Visual composer has been generated some CSS to make my original CSS doesn’t work.

So, when I clear the background color, and only set the background image, then, all that is fine now.

I found I can’t set the background to fixed on mobile, otherwise, the image will blur.
So, I changed js file and tried on my demo site, it seems appear as normal now.

Try to download jquery.samsara.js file https://www.dropbox.com/s/xlcq5qsh1l8tbng/jquery.samsara0913.zip?dl=0
Unzip it and upload it to js/ folder, override the old file.
