1. Try to add the following CSS into Samsara options > custom style > CSS code

.vc_separator h4{font-size:YOUR- SIZE;}

2. Which part of font on your site you want to change? You can only change the heading and menu font in appearance > customize

If you want to change H1,H2….. style which in post content, you can try to add the following CSS into Samsara options > Custom style > CSS codes

.entry h1{font-size:24px;color:#f00;}
.entry h2{font-size:24px;color:#f00;}

Adjust the font size and color value to yours.
