Hi

Are you use Child Theme in currently? If so, yes, it will show you those error message.
You can find all plugins in the parent theme folder, “/wp-content/themes/Samsara/functions/plugins/”

There are some zip file, you can just upload and active those zip file via “plugins > add new”.
