Did you add your custom CSS into custom.css file or “Samsara options > custom style > css code”?

You must have valid license to access this content.If it still doesn’t work when you use the other theme, I think it’s not a theme issue that is exceed the support range.
I can only provide you some general and usual methods, for example, is it possible to use the other hosting? Or create a new wordpress site and make sure you completely uploaded all the wordpress files? Or go to backend, open the “developer tool”(if you are using chrome), try to open the gallery upload, check there’s any javascript error or not.
