I tried to install and active mybooktable plugin with oldcar theme on my local sever and VPS hosting, it works fine on both

And I also tried on your server, yes, I got 500 internal server error. It's really weird.

I only have one last idea, edit wp-config.php enable WP_DEBUG, set it to true, then, active the plugin, maybe it will show some php information can help me.

Also, is it possible to ask your server admin or server provider to show your php log, check there's any errors in the log file, 
I can't make sure it's 100% a server issue or theme issue, but I have tried to actived it on my the other bluehost, it works fine.

And, I asked my friend to test it with oldcar theme on his hostgator and hawkhost, it also works fine.

I’m not sure, because there are so many third-party plugins, It’s difficult to know all the plugins, so the theme only tested with the popular plugins.

Where you made that setting? Is it in “Revolution slider > setting > navigation > stop on hover”? Can you send me your link?
