Actually, this is a third-party plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/recent-tweets-widget/screenshots/) I recommended in the theme, so it’s a third-party plugin issue so that I don’t know much about it, you can ask the plugin author or change the other tweets plugin.If you still want to use this plugin but you can’t set it up, can you tell me your all api codes and tokens and your wp login information here with private reply? 1. I found the errors are from visual composer plugin and sidebar.php of theme, but they are all nothing to do with the file upload feature.
2. Are you run run PHP in a strict mode or set wp_debug to true in wp-config.php?
3. I wanna know when you upload files in wp backend, is there any notification or error shows there?Let’s have a test, try to change the other theme and upload image file again, see is that normal? If it still doesn’t work, I think it’s server configuration issue, otherwise, please post your wordpress login information here with private post, I need to check it in your wordpress admin.

I think it’s a data convert issue, I have convert the data in mysql with phpmyadmin manually, but the database issue is not included in the support service(Only include theme issues),
