For 3rd issue, after I discussed with the developers, we think the list layout is necessary and useful. So we are planning to add the product list layout in the new version.
First of all, sorry for the delay, because of our mail sever issue, I haven’t received the email notification for the new support question. Really apology!
I’m not sure how is your settings, so do you mind if I can log in the backend and check the settings?
For 2nd issue, Although no option to display the item details on the list page, beside customize the theme file, you can also copy the detail items information to the short description field ( https://www.dropbox.com/s/vevaxue91sg7n7z/Screenshot%202019-06-27%2007.34.29.png?dl=0 ) I think this method is easier than customize the theme files.

1. When you editing the product, you can see the “Additional Details” field, such as the screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/k3hkq997u234fp5/Screenshot%202019-06-27%2007.19.17.png?dl=0
Just add your own new detail items as the following format:
- key: ....
- tempo: ....
For removing the default items, just leave those fields empty, they will not be displayed.
2 and 3, unfortunately, there’s no option for that, you have to customize the theme files. Our theme support only includes bug fixing, small adjustment, trouble using issues, don’t include the customization service, hope you understand.
