You can give a try, set up another wordpress & woocommerce site on your server, then connect again, if still can’t connect, it’s surely your server issue.

I read all your comments, it’s not a WP theme, you know it’s a PWA app, so you should install it via Mofect Mobile > Mobile Web App page. Then, activate it, you will be able to check the app via https://domain.com/mobile
