Hi
First of all, please upgrade themevan shortcodes plugin. I fixed this plugin’s issue.
I tried to log in the backend, but wp-admin doesn’t work anymore. Have you installed any search related plugins? I just want to check if any plugin conflict with the WP native search feature.

If you want to change the search layout, you have to customize the search.php. I’m sorry that the support doesn’t include customization service.
Can you remind what’s the issue about the video player? Maybe I missed anything so that I haven’t found any strange issue.

I’m not sure which is member page you said? Is it the account page? Not sure how your search template display now, please go to Appearance > Theme options > Shop, check what template you select for “Product Search Layout” option.
The last issue, Could you tell me more details about “information updates without having to reload the pages”? Did you mean show the product information such as update date, version, etc without refreshing the page?
