I found you haven’t upgraded the theme to the latest version.
So I have done just now, and check the breadcrumbs navigation again, it looks fine.

Add the following CSS to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

.dgwork_user_dropdown li:nth-child(3){
    display:none;
}

Please note that you should change 3 to the actual order number of the discount tab on your page. If the discount tab is order 4 on your account page, you should write as .dgwork_user_dropdown li:nth-child(4){…}

Content Block is the global template, you can create a content block and use it to anywhere you want.
For example, if you want to add an additional footer section above the bottom widget area, you can create a content block, then go to widgets page, drag “content block” widget to the custom footer widget area, select your content block, then it will show on all pages.
