Yes, the black page title bar can’t be removed from the account template, unless use custom CSS.

I found you enabled the cache, so that once a new item is added to the cart, the cart page is still the cached version.
If I turned off the cache, it works fine. https://prnt.sc/121luooI have tested another caching plugin such as Autoptimize, it works.

I fixed the page layout issue.
