Nevermind, please disregard: “Also, I can no longer see the DGWORK option on the left-hand side WordPress menu to change CSS. Is there any way you can try logging in to see why this is the case?”

Sure. So in the link below Chaco is displayed on both page 1 and page 3. So each page randomizes the products without accounting for products already shown on previous pages.
