It’s possible that it’s a plugin issue, I haven’t looked into it any more. If we ever decide to add the animation back in and do some more troubleshooting with plugins I’ll let you know if I find anything!

Since you weren’t able to reproduce the problem, I tried refreshing while logged out and I’m not having the problem either. Thank you for the file, I will see whether the team wants to change it out now that we know the average user won’t see a problem.

Hi,
The problem is that sometimes the animation doesn’t play and the thumbnails never load. I can try removing the animation effect and see if that fixes it; how would I go about doing that?

Hi, I can definitely wait a few days for that, it’s not a huge rush.

Would you be able to just send me the updated files and let me know which ones to replace them with when you’re done? I’d prefer not to update the theme since I’m not using a child theme. I can provide you my email address.

Hi, the theme is on version 1.12.

Fixed this this morning by adding .thumbnail > img {max-width:150% !important;} to the custom css. So I figure there’s something up with my images that caused the original problem.

Anyway, all is working now! Thanks for the quick reply!
